This Privacy Policy explains how DexiFit, developed by Dexino Cloud & AI Solutions, handles information when you use the application.

1. Purpose of DexiFit

DexiFit helps users configure and follow repetitive workout sessions using repetitions, rest periods, sets and configurable timing between repetitions.

DexiFit may use Android text-to-speech functionality to announce repetition numbers, rest countdowns and workout information.

DexiFit does not require users to upload photographs, contacts, documents or private files to use its core workout-counter functionality.

2. Locally stored application data

DexiFit may store information locally on the user's device, including selected repetition, rest and set values, repetition timing, application preferences and completed-workout counts.

This information is used to preserve the user's settings, operate the workout counter and determine when advertising may be eligible to appear.

Clearing DexiFit's application data or uninstalling the application may remove locally stored preferences and workout-counter information.

3. Workout information

DexiFit is a workout counting and timing tool.

DexiFit does not currently require users to create a Dexino health profile or upload medical records in order to use the application.

DexiFit does not independently verify whether a repetition, set or exercise has physically been completed. Workout completion is recorded based on the operation of the application's workout counter.

4. Android text-to-speech

DexiFit may use Android text-to-speech services to provide spoken repetition numbers, countdown information and workout prompts.

Text-to-speech availability, voice selection and behaviour may depend on the user's Android device and installed system speech services.

DexiFit does not require microphone access merely to provide spoken workout announcements.

5. Advertising

The free version of DexiFit may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob.

Under the current DexiFit advertising model, the first five completed workout sessions are designed to be free of full-screen interstitial advertising.

Starting with the sixth completed workout session, DexiFit may display one full-screen advertisement after a completed workout.

An advertisement may not appear on every eligible occasion because advertising availability may depend on network connectivity, advertising inventory, user consent, region, device configuration and Google's advertising systems.

Google advertising services may process information such as IP address, general device information, application interactions, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers where available, and information used for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention.

6. Consent and privacy choices

Where required by applicable privacy law or Google advertising requirements, DexiFit uses Google's consent-management technology to present privacy choices before certain advertising processing takes place.

This may include users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland and applicable US states.

DexiFit may provide a Privacy Choices option that allows users to review applicable advertising privacy settings when those options are available through Google's consent platform.

The choices presented may vary depending on applicable law, region, device settings and Google's current requirements.

7. DexiFit Ad-Free

DexiFit may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase called DexiFit Ad-Free.

The purpose of DexiFit Ad-Free is to permanently remove advertisements from DexiFit for the applicable Google Play purchasing account, subject to successful purchase verification.

The intended Swiss launch price is CHF 1.99. The price displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase is the applicable transaction price and may vary by country, currency, taxes or Google Play pricing configuration.

The Ad-Free purchase does not automatically provide additional workout content or future premium functionality unless such benefits are specifically stated in DexiFit or its Google Play listing.

8. Google Play Billing

DexiFit Ad-Free purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

Dexino does not directly receive or store users' complete payment-card details.

Google Play handles payment processing and purchase-account information according to Google's systems, policies and the user's Google account.

DexiFit may query Google Play for purchase information required to recognise or restore an Ad-Free entitlement.

9. Accounts

DexiFit does not currently require users to create a separate Dexino account to use its core workout-counter functionality.

DexiFit Ad-Free purchases are associated with the user's Google Play account rather than a separate DexiFit account.

10. Third-party services

DexiFit may interact with third-party services including Google Play, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform, Android text-to-speech services and other Google or Android services required to operate, distribute or support the application.

These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms and technical requirements.

11. Data sharing and sale

Dexino does not sell users' personal information.

Dexino does not sell locally stored DexiFit workout settings or workout-counter information.

Information may nevertheless be processed by Google or other third-party services when those services are used as described in this Policy.

12. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored DexiFit data can generally be removed by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application.

Purchase information associated with Google Play and information processed by Google advertising services may be subject to Google's independent retention and deletion policies.

Because DexiFit does not currently require a Dexino cloud account, there is no general DexiFit cloud profile that users must maintain.

13. Network access

DexiFit's core workout counter can perform substantial functionality locally.

Network access may nevertheless be required for advertising, consent management, Google Play Billing, purchase verification and supported online platform services.

14. Data security

Dexino uses reasonable technical measures intended to reduce unnecessary collection, transmission and exposure of user information.

No software system, electronic storage method or network transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users remain responsible for protecting access to their device and Google account.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when DexiFit's functionality, advertising model, purchase system, third-party services, legal requirements or data practices change.

The date below will be updated when material changes are made.
