This Privacy Policy explains how Dexino CertLab, developed by Dexino Cloud & AI Solutions, handles information when you use the application.

Dexino CertLab does not require an account or sign-in to use its core offline study features.

Study progress, question history, playback position, preferences and application settings may be stored locally on the user's device.

Dexino does not use the app to directly collect names, postal addresses, contact lists or personal messages.

2. Study progress and preferences

The app may save information locally so that users can continue studying from where they stopped and maintain progress across study sessions.

3. Audio and media playback

Dexino CertLab includes audio learning functionality and may use Android media services to support playback, background audio and compatible vehicle interfaces such as Android Auto.

Playback state and position may be stored locally to allow users to resume learning.

4. Certification content

Dexino CertLab is an independent study application. Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the app, Dexino is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of certification vendors whose technologies or examination objectives may be studied using the application.

5. Third-party services

The application may use Google Play and Android platform services for distribution, updates, security, billing or compatible device features.

Dexino does not sell users' personal information.

Dexino CertLab may be used internationally. Dexino operates from Switzerland and aims to comply with applicable Swiss data protection requirements and, where applicable, European data protection requirements.
